In my family, my parents have had health issues that could have been avoided with a better diet and exercise. Two years ago, I started going to the gym, which led to my habit of meal prepping. These habits that I built for myself spread to my family and improved my parent's health, inspiring me to expand these habits beyond my household. My start-up, Viva Vital, aims to provide health resources to individuals. Ultimately promoting better health habits and bridging cultural gaps in healthy eating.
